The project included 3.9 km of 2,400 mm reinforced concrete sewer pipe, flow diversion/grit removal chambers. Prepared preliminary and detailed design, design report, tender preparation, pipe pre-purchase, tender process, construction, and post construction services. Development of design for inverted siphons, including sizing air jumpers; development of layouts for junction chambers where the new interceptor crosses the existing interceptor; evaluation of hydraulic capacity of alternate pipe cross sections; development of options for utility relocations; and coordination of odour monitoring to obtain data for odour control design.

Landfill and Wastewater Treatment Design, Shall Petroleum of Nigeria, Warri

Designed a landfill leachate collection piping and pumping system, along with alternative leachate treatment systems. These designs include aerobic, anaerobic, and metal treatment processes, ensuring efficient leachate management and compliance with environmental regulations while addressing diverse treatment needs.

Landfill and Wastewater Treatment Design, Shall Petroleum of Nigeria, Port Hartcourt

Prepared the basis of the design, detailed design report, and performed engineering design of the complete landfill elements. Also developed site layout and site storm drainage plans, and designed drainage channel sections and detention and sedimentation basins

Solid Waste Management Performance Design Package, United States Navy, Navy Public Works Center, Barbers Point Naval Air Station (NAS), Hawaii

Developed a detailed design package for the solid waste management facility at the former NAS. Also conducted calculations to evaluate infiltration rates through the consolidation unit cover, the bottom liner system of the storm water pond, drainage layer design calculations for the cover, cover slope stability, and calculations to determine the thickness of the geosynthetic liner.

Caltrans Trash Capture Devices

Responsible for project delivery and managing the pilot designs, developing full trash capture device construction documents, hydrology and hydraulic analysis for peak design and peak trash capture flows, and monitoring the pilot sites. Additionally, we also manages the trash net device BMP approval package development.
